REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable materials (i.e. plants), classes, services, and custom products. We do not offer warranties on plants.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method*.

*Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds on purchases made with debit cards at this time. We are able to offer store credit for debit purchases.

If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
